this is the only punishment that will really affect MWR ... right in the wallet .

Penske, Gibbs, Roush/Fenway, Childress, and others could add a car for Napa should they decide to stay in NASCAR Cup racing. Another interesting possibility is the Wood Brothers could again run the full schedule if they landed a big sponsor like Napa.
